Corm




Corm was a five piece band from Washington DC.

They broke up in June 1997. They recorded a full-length album entitled "Audio Flame Kit," in January '96. Featuring thirteen songs it was released on July 15th '96 as Shute no.11/Dischord 108.5. The Corm/Braid split 7" came out in July '97 on Polyvinyl. "Everything Streamlined" came out in January 1999 on Contrast Records. It is a compilation of unreleased songs, singles and tracks that have appeared elsewhere on compilations.

Alex, John and Dan formed a band called The Elusive after Corm broke up and released an EP, "Sometimes Sounds Collapse," on Shute in January of '98. The Elusive broke up in April '98.

John is currently in a band called Q and Not U.
