| The Gossip are from Searcy Arkansas but have relocated
to Olympia, Washington - the birthplace of rock. They are young and
sassy, but a lot more sophisticated than you might think, since they
make it look so easy with their sly southern grace and youth. Kathi
holds down the beat with her unique no-hi-hat style, Brace uses a
different innovative tuning on every song, and Beth belts the vocals
like nobody else - proudly fat & lesbian, brimming with positivity
and revolutionary energy, as charming as all get out, everybody falls
in love with Beth at first sight.

in Seattle, this is the first Gossip album recorded in a proper studio
with a proper producer. This is their fourth record and the second
album. The band says this is the only record they've made so far that
truly reflects who they are as a band and what they really sound like.
They have left their simple blues roots behind them and now are as
equally influenced by the "no-wave" fever that is sweeping
the youth of the nation.
 The Gossip are a hard-touring band and plan to continue to step it
up, will spend most of the rest of the year touring to support this
release.
