Geoff's secret stardom is a
thing of the past...Also in
the band Karate, his musicianship
is receiving well deserved
recognition. You will find
his thoughtful, reflective,
heartfelt lyrics in The
Secret Stars' recordings,
much like those to be found
in his other projects. The
past three years have been
highly prolific for Geoff--
half his life spent with a
guitar or bass by his side
and thinking deeply about
the ways of the world have
come to fruition. His asking,
"If I were to work and to think
hard enough, would I need
sleep at night? Would my body
fall off?" indicates his perspective
and his work ethic. You could hear
it in secret stars songs
even if they didn't have words.

Almost three years since The Secret
Stars played their first show at
the illustrious Famous Monsters night-
club, Jodi still gets caught off guard
when she has to actually get on
stage rather than be in the audience.
After several years of involvement
behind the scenes in our music
world, the songs that have been running
through her head are working their
way into other people's ears. Jodi's
songs are usually like reminders and
to take an approach different than
screaming, she prefers to "whisper so
you can hear." Still, when she feels so
inspired, she can belt out and force you to listen.
