This 2-track CD EP features vocals from the legendary Marc Almond, who needs no introduction whatsoever, with all of the music composed and played by Michael Cashmore, who is well-known known from his extensive catalogue of recordings with Current 93, Nature & Organisation and as a solo artist and collaborator, recently working with Antony (of Antony & The Johnsons) as vocalist on Michael's previous release. Gabriel And The Lunatic Lover is housed in a beautiful full-colour digipak, containing previously unpublished paintings of Marc by Russian artist Vania Soutavliov, a rare photograph of the enigmatic Count, as well as the complete texts to the poems and all credits.
