EPSILONS - Killed 'Em Deader 'N A Six Card Poker Hand

Street date: 2007-06-18

The band that started out using Walkie Talkies to record vocals on early demos stay true to their garage roots, recording this time around at The Distillery with their hero Mike McHugh (Le Shok, John Spencer Blues Explosion, Rocket From The Crypt, Lightning Bolt, The Melvins, The Starvations, etc) behind the board. 'Killed 'Em Deader 'N A Six Card Poker Hand' features 14 new tracks, including Epsilons' take on The Mummies' cover of "Stronger Than Dirt" (the original version of the song, nearly unrecognisable, was by Jay And The Techniques). A year older, and a year wiser since their debut album, the Orange County foursome present you with some killer retro guitar riffs, punchy organ and demented inyourface vocals.

Bark Bark Bark - Haunts

Street date: 2007-04-23

Haunts is the first full-length from young whippersnapper Jacob Cooper, otherwise known as Bark Bark Bark. It's an album of technical beats and praising chords with keyboards blazing over soft spoken vocals. It's a stripped-down affair that touches on the concerns of a generation: love, dancing, friends, enemies, while combining quirky, dance-o-matic fare with heavier, rhythmic drone.

Partyline - Zombie Terrorist

Street date: 2006-10-09

It can be a rare occurrence when words and music fit so seamlessly together as they do in Zombie Terrorist. A whoosh! in the chorus expressing feminist outrage, a dinner bell clang in a song about trophy wives each heightens the impact of the other. This is a testament to Partyline's work ethic and organic origins. The band formed when three wisecracking southern women got together to...ahem...jam one afternoon in 2004. No embarrassing want-ads or awkward auditions necessary! Through full-time jobs, school, break ups, break ins, summer barbecues, and winter dance parties, the ladies of Partyline continue their pursuit of honest and insightful tunes.

Kill Rock Stars recording artists Gravy Train!!!! proudly present their first-ever DVD release.
