Our First Podcast
Jenny Hoyston and William Whitmore
Duration 21:52
Transmissions from the Hallways of Always. Jenny Hoyston and William Whitmore teamed up for a duets record to be released this Fall on Southern Records. The unlikely pairing have a rich history of making music together that goes back several years before the Hallways of Always sessions began. Despite their separate full-time musical projects, Jenny in Erase Errata and William's solo albums also on Southern, they share a love for country music. The beautiful harmonies and seemless arrangements are the work of pure magic considering they recorded it in one week's time. This podcast tells the story behind this legendary collaboration in the words of the artists themselves, and includes a special live performance of one song.

Talk
You can talk about our podcasts in the Southern Forum. We'd really like to read some feedback from our listeners.
A note on the formats
The AAC files provided by the subscription service and downloadable here are better quality than the MP3 format at the same bitrate. We are providing the MP3 version of the podcast solely for listeners who have audio players that do not support AAC. Standard AAC by no means represents the cutting edge, but our goal is to provide the best quality/size tradeoff possible for the largest number of listeners.
There is no difference between the normal and chapter-marked AAC files. We are once again providing a non chapter-marked AAC for our listeners whose players do not support the chapter feature.
